Claus Hoffmann

Partner, European Patent Attorney

There is no doubt that patenting your products and services in several markets is expensive. Consequently, patenting is often regarded as a costly business in development and marketing departments. We believe that patenting should be regarded as a value-creating asset and not just as a cost. We see it as our mission to help clients optimise and manage their investment in patents in the best possible way. We do that by constantly developing our team and the competencies and skills of our individual employees, so we – as a team – are able to challenge the patent systems, optimise the use thereof and deliver sound, creative and innovative solutions to meet our clients’ challenges.

I am proud to be part of the Hoffmann Dragsted team.
